This is a single 8" X 8" two sided document. This contract provides for offset and also provides for changes in laws or organizational policies. If your organization chooses to use the single contract you should purchase the ADS INC-25 which is a copy of your Safe Deposit Agreement to be given to customers providing a copy of the Policies that they signed with your organization.
